Manufacturing Engineer Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for evaluating, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role involves inspecting mechanical equipment, identifying production issues, implementing solutions, and driving cost-saving measures while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Inspect and maintain performance of mechanical equipment used in plant operations. Diagnose and resolve production issues by implementing effective solutions. Conduct cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes. Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow. Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products. Implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations. Maintain documentation of research, activities, and prepare technical reports. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Advanced certifications in manufacturing engineering or process improvement are a plus.
