As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will be implementing processes and procedures and collaborating to deliver leading edge electronics that are game-changing and impactful to our nation's defense. Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to optimize production flow Troubleshoot quality issues and implement Root cause/corrective actions (RCCA) Collaborate with Quality Assurance to establish inspection criteria and acceptance standards Evaluate and qualify new tools, equipment, and fixtures Interface with Design Engineering to provide manufacturing feasibility feedback Identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
