JOB SUMMARY: Hands on engineering role, routinely on the factory floor working with existing/new manufacturing processes. Develop and implement, safe, optimal, and cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, procure, and test various tooling/fixtures, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. Assist with troubleshooting equipment, processes, and quality issues. Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of buildings, equipment and processes. Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results. Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for quality improvement, cost reduction, and improved efficiency. Research and develop manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment. RECOMMENDED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Minimum of 2 years related experience Skilled in Inventor or similar 3D CAD software Able to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments Exceptional oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 50 lbs Standing, walking while performing duties Occasionally required to climb, stoop, or kneel WORKING SCHEDULE: 7 am - 4 pm Overtime and weekends as required. COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $120,000 Annual reviews BENEFITS INCLUDE: 401(k) Company discretionary profit sharing retirement contribution PTO - up to 18 days upon start.
