Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Job Title : Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician Location: Batesville, IN 47006 (Onsite) Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Rate: $28/hour About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician to join our Manufacturing Test Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and improving manufacturing test systems, including Functional Circuit Test (FCT) solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and regulated manufacturing environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure test system reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Associate degree OR 3+ years of experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience supporting FCT systems in manufacturing environments Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and FDA regulations Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering, and assembly tools Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis experience Self-driven with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand , or similar automated test platforms Experience in PCBA manufacturing environments Basic programming or scripting (Python, VB, C#, etc.) Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Experience working in ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated environments Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
