Labor Solutions is excited to pursue this opportunity and contribute to our client continued success, a growing food processing company located in Kenosha, WI, specializing in a variety of fresh-cut fruits, vegetables, and other high-quality products.From pre-cut wholesale and retail items to products for schools, hospitals, restaurants, and hotels, Edible Cuts is committed to delivering fresh, reliable products to every client.Our diverse product offerings provide cost-effective solutions for kitchens of all sizes.As we continue to grow, Edible Cuts is currently seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join our team.Responsibilities:Oversee the packaging process and ensure it runs smoothly.Operating the filling line, packaging products properly, palletizing, labeling and working in a fast-paced and safe environment.Ensure that packaged product makes it safely to the warehouse or distribution center.Make sure employees follow company guidelines and procedures Ensure standards of product quality, allergens, equipment and performance are maintained in order to maximize production Direct, coordinate and plan facility daily activities to ensure production goals are met in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner Make recommendations to upper management about service/purchase of equipment as needed Take corrective action as necessary in a timely manner in accordance with company policy Qualifications Requirements:5years prior experience working in food manufacturing industry Bilingual in English and Spanish Knowledge of FDA, USDA Food and safety regulations and labeling knowledge Excellent Organization and Multi-tasking Skills High attention to detail Must to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to work in cold environment Flexibility with schedule and available to work overtime when needed Benefits Once the Associate is Hired:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, VL, Accident, Critical Illness Insurance 401-k with employer match Vacation and PTO/sick days Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.#HP Pay:$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
