We are looking for a Manufacturing HR Manager to support our Eastern Region sites and is onsite in Wendell, NC This role is responsible for delivering core HR services across U.S. East Coast manufacturing sites within a global, matrixed organization. The Human Resources Manager partners with site leadership to ensure compliant, consistent, and employee-focused HR practices. The position plays a key role in strengthening workforce quality, managing employee relations, and driving engagement and continuous improvement across multiple locations. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding Partner with Talent Acquisition and site leadership to attract and retain a high-quality workforce Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records, and documentation Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of workplace issues Interpret and administer HR policies in alignment with company standards and U.S. employment laws Support compliance activities, audits, and risk management initiatives Act as a strategic partner to leadership on performance management, workforce planning, and organizational changes Deliver HR training and support annual proces
