Volt is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Operations Support in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.As a Manufacturing Operations Support, you will:Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes.Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations.Performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.The ideal candidate will have:High volume parts inspection and handling Microscopic inspection Part deburring, cleaning, and handling Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment Strong manual dexterity This is a full-time on-site 12-month contract opportunity.Pay Range:$23.00 - $23.85 Hourly DOE Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
