Position: Manufacturing Operator 2 Location: Fremont, CA 94538 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Shift: Day Shift Summary The Manufacturing Operator 2 is responsible for supporting production operations by following established procedures, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role involves performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Follow Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements. Complete production documentation accurately, including weights, times, dates, and in-process entries. Operate and monitor equipment such as conveyors and adjust settings as needed. Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or laboratory environment, OR Some college with 1 2 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor s degree with 0 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Exposure to cold environments and loud equipment. Use of PPE including lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection. Adherence to strict safety and regulatory procedures.
