This role oversees daily plant activities, ensuring safe, efficient processing of organic materials into premium compost products. The Plant Manager directs production and maintenance teams, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement in throughput, quality, and reliability. You will ensure regulatory and environmental compliance, uphold strict safety standards, and optimize processes to support McGill’s mission of sustainable organics recycling, landfill diversion, and soil replenishment. You’ll foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and community engagement while partnering with Environmental Specialists to implement cutting-edge waste management solutions that help customers reach their sustainability goals.
