About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-efficiency production standards by overseeing automated equipment and ensuring product quality. You will leverage your mechanical aptitude to optimize machine performance, minimize downtime, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence. Responsibilities Monitor and adjust high-speed automated machinery to ensure consistent output and peak equipment effectiveness. Perform rigorous quality inspections, utilizing precision measuring tools to verify product specifications and minimize waste. Execute routine preventative maintenance and document technical performance data to support operational reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive cost-reduction initiatives. Maintain a safe, organized workspace by adhering to 5S principles and strict industrial safety protocols. Support equipment installations, trial runs, and system upgrades to enhance production capabilities. Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts, to facilitate material flow and break relief as required. Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, GMPs, and HACCP guidelines throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on teamwork. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments. Working knowledge of ISO14001, OSHA regulations, and quality management systems. Experience with robotic systems or complex integrated production lines.
