In this role, associates will gain diverse work experience s and exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing. We're looking for individuals who are ambitious, interested in learning various skills, and who are excellent problem solver s . We are currently looking to fill 2 nd and 3 rd shift openings. Creeler - This production associate places spools onto holders (creels) to feed yarn into carpet manufacturing (tufting) machines. No experience is required . Creeler Operator - This production associate helps to relieve the carpet manufacturing (tufting) operator, mends yarn and replaces empty spools of yarn. Some experience is helpful. Tufting Operator - This production associate runs the carpet manufacturing machines (tufting), ensures high quality carpet production, and ensures a safe work environment. No experience is required. Material Handler - This production and distribution associate will learn to operate various forklifts, lift trucks, and other material handling vehicles to move raw materials, carpet waste, yarn bales, boxes, and other products across the facility .
