You'll be:Managing the flow of materials and components throughout the manufacturing process, following work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Performing finishing processes including deburring, polishing, and cleaning of components using a variety of tools and techniques.Operating finishing equipment and rotating into assembly duties as needed.Monitoring production to ensure efficiency and escalating equipment malfunctions or production issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.Conducting quality inspections, documenting defects, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Maintaining accurate records of activities, including production runs and equipment settings.Collaborating with team members to meet schedules, assist in training, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Adhering to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and promoting a culture of safety.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.Bring previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with finishing processes (preferred).Are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow precise work instructions.Thrive in a team environment and are willing to learn and train others.Are able to complete candidate questionnaires and provide accurate documentation as required.What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.But don't worry--even if this position doesn't work out, you're still in our network.That means all of our recruiters will have access to your profile, expanding your opportunities even more.Helping you discover what's next in your career is what we're all about, so let's get to work.Apply to be Manufacturing Technician today!
