Job Description Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues while clearly communicating findings and outcomes to management. Responsible for troubleshooting and addressing refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control system problems; performing or recommending appropriate corrective actions; and accurately documenting solutions. Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Report equipment failures, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Diagnose issues and develop root cause corrective actions for refrigeration, plumbing, and air compressor systems. Identify recurring failure trends and recommend proactive maintenance strategies to prevent future issues. Maintain advanced technical expertise in troubleshooting and servicing mechanical and electrical systems. Mentor and train technicians in key competency areas; develop and standardize procedures and best practices. Lead mechanical and electrical repair efforts, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities. Provide on-call support for maintenance needs, including troubleshooting, repairs, and technical guidance. Qualifications HS Diploma Technical Certification (one of the following: Refrigeration, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Six Sigma) 5+ yrs experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment 5+ yrs mechanical and electrical skills 5+ yrs strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office Experience with PLC systems, drives, and HMIs Working knowledge of plumbing systems Experience with refrigeration systems Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
