About Us We are a growing manufacturing operation in Elmer, NJ, looking for dependable team members to support daily production.If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a reliable team, this is a strong long-term opportunity.Job Responsibilities Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely Perform assembly, material handling, and general labor tasks Inspect parts/components for quality Maintain an organized and clean work area Follow all safety rules and company procedures Assist with loading/unloading and inventory movement Support supervisors in meeting daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shift Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Benefits $20/hour starting pay Healthcare (75% employer-paid premium) Dental insurance 10 days paid time off per year Weekly daytime schedule (no nights, weekends, or rotating shifts) Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM 1-hour lunch break Pay:$20.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
