Marching Band Assistant Coach (Head Color Guard)

Position Summary: Act as Assistant Coach/Head Color Guard coach for the Marching Band. Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of experience participating in and/or coaching Color Guard; extensive knowledge regarding skill development; excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills; and a focus on leadership and the community of Owatonna as a whole are highly desired. The candidate must recognize that activities in Owatonna are a continuation of the educational process and coach accordingly. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
