About the Role We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Budtender to join our dispensary team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, educating patients/customers about cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Educate customers on strains, products, effects, and proper usage Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences Accurately process sales transactions and maintain cash drawer integrity Verify proper identification and ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Stock and label inventory, track products, and assist with intake Stay up to date on new strains, products, and industry trends Requirements Must be 21+ years old and meet all state cannabis employment requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand on feet for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working with technology (POS systems, inventory software) Knowledge or passion for cannabis preferred; retail/food service experience a plus Must be able to work nights.
