Marina Dock Store Associate

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service.Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.Candidates with POS experience helpful.This is a seasonal (summer time only) position.Must be available most weekends and summer holidays.Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Ring up merchandise and check out customers Provide accurate information (e.g.product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Ensure merchandise is fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Check-in and check out slip reservations Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Other duties as needed Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Basic math skills Excellent communication skills Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Must have a positive attitude High school degree or equivalent preferred Pay:From $14.00 per hour Ability to Commute:Orange Beach, AL 36561 (Required) Work Location:In person.
