Marine Contractor Specialist

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marine Contractor Specialist to join our team and lead critical aspects of marine-related project management, procurement, and contractor oversight. In this role, you will grow to lead the Marine Contractor Division of Company as we build our portfolio. Responsibilities Must possess deep knowledge of environmental regulations and, in areas like Maryland, knowledgeable in working in tidal wetlands, requiring at least two years of experience. Experience includes specialized skills such as commercial diving, underwater welding, crane operation, pile driving, and structural marine carpentry is a plus. Familiar with how to select the right materials for harsh coastal conditions, such as specific pressure-treated wood, specialized concrete mixes, and properly sized stone for revetments. Experienced in working in high risks, high-wave, high-current environments and managing traffic at night, requiring strict safety protocols. Experience in working on, installing or replacing piers. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a combination of the responsibilities documented in the Responsibilities section of this job description. Interest in leading Marine Contractor division of company. Knowledgeable in Maryland Tidal Wetland laws and regulation. Must be able to pass Maryland Marine Contractor exam.
