Job Summary Now Hiring: Marine Rigger / Electrical Technician We are looking for an experienced Marine Rigger with strong electrical and Mercury outboard rigging experience to join our growing team. We build premium crossover center consoles and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Requirements Strong experience rigging Mercury outboards Advanced 12V marine electrical knowledge Experience with Garmin electronics, VHF radios, stereos, pumps, lighting, batteries, charging systems, and switching Ability to rig boats cleanly, professionally, and efficiently Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience in custom or high-end boat manufacturing preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer: Opportunity to work on premium custom boats Small but rapidly growing company Clean, professional work environment Competitive pay based on experience Ability to grow with the company If you are passionate about boats, take pride in your work, and want to be part of building something special, we’d like to talk with you.
