Market Coordinator – Fencing Division M&N Fabrication is seeking a highly organized and motivated Market Coordinator to support our growing fencing division. This role focuses on customer communication, lead management, scheduling, and coordinating projects from estimate to installation. Responsibilities Manage incoming fencing leads and customer inquiries Coordinate estimate scheduling and installation timelines Communicate with customers, installers, suppliers, and retail partners Maintain organized job files and project updates Assist with route planning and scheduling efficiency Support daily office operations and team communication Help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish Ideal Candidate Strong communication and organizational skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred Construction, fencing, or scheduling experience is a plus Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable using phones, email, text communication, and computer systems Position Details Full-time Office-based in Pewee Valley, Kentucky Monday–Friday Pay based on experience This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, supporting a team environment, and helping create a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
