We are hiring a Market Growth Manager , a driven, disciplined, and entrepreneurial leader who can both sell and build a high-performing inside sales team from the ground up. What You’ll Do 1. Drive Vendor Growth Identify, prospect, and close new vendor partners within your assigned market. Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate how Infinite Pipeline strengthens and systemizes their sales process. Own the full sales cycle from first contact through onboarding and launch. 2. Build & Lead a Sales Team Recruit, hire, and train Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives. Establish clear performance standards and lead with accountability and energy. Conduct coaching sessions, data-driven 1:1s, and daily huddles to consistently exceed targets. 3. Own Vendor Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for active vendors in your market. Monitor key performance metrics and communicate results proactively.
