Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Analyst to support Brand, Advertising, and Loyalty Research initiatives for a leading automotive client. This role will focus on delivering customer insights that influence marketing strategy, advertising effectiveness, customer retention, and overall brand performance across North America. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent presentation skills, and experience translating research findings into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities Provide voice-of-the-customer insights to support Marketing, Sales, and Service teams. Analyze primary and secondary market research to understand consumer perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors. Develop clear, concise, and executive-level presentations for regional, global, and senior leadership audiences. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders. Analyze loyalty, retention, and advocacy metrics to identify drivers of repeat purchase and long-term brand preference. Deliver insights on owner vs. non-owner behavior , including loyalty, conquest, and defection trends. Support post-purchase and customer experience analysis to identify opportunities that improve customer satisfaction and future consideration. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to strengthen customer loyalty initiatives. Contribute ideas for new research projects, methodologies, and emerging industry trends. Assist with project coordination, vendor management, and research process execution. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in market research , consumer insights, or automotive industry analysis. Strong analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to simplify complex data into meaningful insights. Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Research, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Working knowledge of online survey platforms and statistical analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing or coordinating with external research vendors. Exposure to customer loyalty, retention, brand tracking, or advertising research. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
