The key mission of the Analyst/Market Intelligence Manager is to provide market, industry, competition and account analysis supporting Americas and EMEA’s management team. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The role requires a strong foundation in structured analytical thinking, data modeling, business writing, and understanding how industries work at a macro level. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing/Business, economic or statistics preferred Proficiency in market and data analysis (statistics, databases) Excellent computer skills, Proficient in advanced Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint 3-5 years or above experience as analyst (and/or market research, strategic analysis, competitive intelligence, business intelligence) Proficient in AI tools SOFT SKILLS: Naturally curious, genuinely interested in how markets, industries, and businesses work Energized by challenges Detail-oriented, notices what others miss and cares about getting things right, without losing sight of the bigger picture Structured thinker, instinctively organizes information, frames questions clearly, and builds logical arguments before diving in Self-driven, holds themselves to a high standard and takes initiative without needing to be told what to look at next Analytically rigorous, comfortable working with data, building models, and stress-testing conclusions Clear communicator, can translate complex analysis into sharp, accessible writing for a business executive audience
