Position Overview: As a Market Leader, you will be in charge of multi-unit restaurants day to day operations while assisting the VP of Operations in training for new restaurant openings, rollouts, and seasonal menu changes. The Market Leader is a true leader amongst their peers and a committed developer of people. In this role you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the Crisp Crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is integral to our continued success. Market Leader Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain a culture in the assigned restaurants where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow to become future leaders Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation Motivate, inspire, and challenge their team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards Control labor costs by reviewing schedules in a timely manner Control food cost by working with the culinary teams on processes and procedures Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs Facilitate training classes and seminars Enforce training and development of the restaurant teams Drive the MIT train
