Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on Market Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail locations and the Cincinnati Production Yard. This role is responsible for driving sales, supporting store teams, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and isn’t afraid to jump in and help where needed. What You’ll Do Lead Store Teams — Hire, train, coach, and support store managers and staff. Drive Sales Performance — Achieve or exceed market sales goals through strong execution and customer service. Manage Inventory — Maintain accurate stock levels, reduce shrink, and ensure top seasonal items are always available. Oversee Distribution — Coordinate product distribution and transportation priorities across the market. Visit Stores Regularly — Conduct in‑person visits to all market stores at least twice per week. Collaborate with Production — Work closely with the Cincinnati Production Manager to align yard operations and logistics.
