Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on target markets, organizations, and industry trends Identify key contacts within target accounts and craft personalized outreach Design and execute multi-channel engagement sequences and maintain organized outreach tracking Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing, recruiting, or research roles Experience conducting account research and identifying decision-makers Experience with personalized outreach via email, phone, or LinkedIn Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
