Job Description
Marketing & Admin Coordinator The Marketing & Admin Coordinator supports client relations, sample fulfillment, and the company's digital presence.The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure clients receive accurate, well-presented materials and a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities Client Marketing & Sample Fulfillment Prepare and mail finish samples, marketing materials, and product information in a timely and professional manner.Create and apply detailed labels for each sample, ensuring accuracy of finishes, colors, and specifications.Coordinate and assemble comprehensive sales kits showcasing full range of finishes and materials, allowing clients to review all options in one request.Collaborate with multiple departments to gather required samples, ensuring correct sizes, finishes, and specifications are included.E-Commerce & Digital Management Update all e-commerce accounts, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are accurate Monitor and maintain inventory levels across platforms, aligning availability with current collections and production schedules.Oversee updates to the company's master product sheet to ensure consistency with the latest designs, finishes, and specifications.Cross-Department Coordination Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to obtain accurate product details.Ensure all product information -- including dimensions, finish options, and specifications -- is clearly communicated across marketing channels and digital platforms.Customer Service & Administrative Support Provide professional customer service by answering phones and assisting clients with product inquiries.Support sales efforts by providing accurate information and follow-up as needed.Qualifications Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be fluent in English Must be computer savvy Experience with e-commerce a plus Salesforce experience a plus Customer service experience a plus Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
