About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing marketing performance, streamlining operations, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing marketing performance across various channels such as digital, email, paid media, and events, ensuring the accuracy of data across multiple systems, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to support scalable growth initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of analytics, marketing technology, and process optimization, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic marketing efforts and operational efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes Experience working with marketing and revenue-related data Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Analyze marketing performance across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, email marketing, paid media, events, and CRM systems Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment (ROI) Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor key marketing KPIs Conduct customer, market, and segmentation analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth Support attribution modeling, experimentation, and ongoing performance optimization initiatives Provide ad hoc analytical support to assist in marketing planning and executive decision-making Define and standardize metrics, reporting processes, and funnel definitions to ensure consistency Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms Assist with lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and the marketing-to-sales handoff process Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of marketing technology tools Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies, recommending scalable improvements Enable self-service reporting through the development of standardized dashboards and comprehensive documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance teams Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and executive stakeholders Contribute to forecasting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and overall performance planning Benefits Generous health, dental, and vision benefits packages Flexible paid time off policy 11 paid company holidays annually 401(k) plan with matching contributions Parental leave programs Access to RethinkCare, an award-winning platform supporting neurodiversity in the workplace, focusing on parental success, professional resilience, and personal wellbeing Equal Opportunity RethinkFirst is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
