Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Affiliate Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and expand our affiliate partnerships. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, optimize campaign performance, and foster strong relationships with affiliates to drive brand growth. Your expertise will help us reach new audiences, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment through data-driven decision-making and creative media planning. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and Google AdWords to boost brand visibility and engagement. Conduct detailed keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search rankings while optimizing paid campaigns for maximum ROI. Oversee media buying activities, including media planning and execution using tools like DoubleClick and Google Tag Manager, ensuring efficient budget allocation across channels. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with affiliate partners, managing affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and revenue streams. Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms; analyze data to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and improve overall campaign effectiveness. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing audience insights to grow followers on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and others. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals while maintaining a focus on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) best practices. Skills Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign management across multiple platforms. Expertise in social media management tools and advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and Google AdWords. Deep knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, SEO tools, and conversion optimization strategies for e-commerce sites. Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking campaign success metrics; experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus. Strong skills in media buying, media planning, budgeting, and digital marketing strategy development. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making; experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns is essential. Excellent communication skills to build relationships with affiliates and internal teams; proactive problem-solving attitude.
