Who we want: The Marketing and Communications Manager will develop and implement results-oriented marketing campaigns to drive revenue generation, organizational awareness, and audience engagement. In this role you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing and Communications to develop content, serve as a brand ambassador, and manage marketing operations. This role is part of the Resource Development, Marketing and Communications team. In addition, this role will work with the Impact team to help meet design, collateral, digital marketing, and swag. Lead email marketing development and list management across core audience, donor campaign audiences, volunteers, and other groups, consistently evaluating content for up-to-date marketing outreach tactics. Manage marketing operations and strengthen relationships with external vendors for design, website development, photography, video, printing, swag, and more. Strategize and partner with the Community Giving, Corporate and Events teams to plan, write, design, and share one-pagers, flyers, email campaigns, digital content, and more, serving as brand ambassador and helping meet fundraising needs across donor base.
