About the role Based at our Wilmington, NC headquarters, the Marketing and Events Coordinator plays a key role in elevating the Anza brand and supporting the execution of our marketing strategy. This position blends hands-on marketing execution with coordination of traditional event logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple fast-moving initiatives. This role works cross-functionally to ensure all marketing and event activities align with company objectives and deliver measurable impact. What you'll do Support ongoing development and enhancement of the Anza brand through analytics-driven insights, and in-person events. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across traditional channels. Coordinate creation of marketing assets—including brochures, presentations, event collateral, and web content—ensuring brand consistency. Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, copy development, deployment, and performance reporting. Update and maintain the corporate website and social media channels. Manage the marketing asset library and ensure content is current, accurate, and compliant. Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement metrics, traffic trends, and lead generation. Lead planning and execution of company events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, internal meetings, and client events. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, catering, AV setup, and onsite coordination. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities stay within approved financial parameters. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective event presence and messaging. Create event promotional plans in partnership with the Customer Success team to drive attendance and engagement. Conduct post-event analysis, reporting on ROI, lead capture, attendance metrics, and participant feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or project management. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing external partners
