Marketing Coordinator Home Health Care Company Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 K, this role does not offer Health Benefits. We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing home health care team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is passionate about promoting quality healthcare services and making a meaningful impact in the community. Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive referrals, and support business growth. This position requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, community outreach skills, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote home health care services Manage social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and engagement Create marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and website content Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and educational seminars Track and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials Assist with website updates and SEO optimization Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives Ensure all marketing materials comply with healthcare regulations and HIPAA requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or senior services Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms Excellent organizational and project management abilities Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach To Apply: Please send your resume to jhalsey@naglergroup.com TNG123
