OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail oriented Marketing Assistant to support our brand.This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, enjoys both strategy and execution, and thrives in a fast paced environment.The Marketing Assistant will support day to day marketing initiatives including social media management, graphic design, website updates, and email campaigns.This is a hands on role with real opportunity for growth and leadership.Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars Create and schedule posts across multiple platforms Design branded graphics for social media, email, and web Develop and format newsletters and email campaigns Maintain and update websites using Squarespace and GoDaddy Website Builder Create and manage templates for consistent brand presentation Schedule and track posts using Hootsuite Support campaign launches and promotional initiatives Assist with content organization, photography coordination, and asset management Track engagement metrics and provide monthly performance reports Skills Knowledge of social media management and platform best practices Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and template creation Experience creating newsletters and email marketing campaigns Familiarity with Squarespace and GoDaddy Website Builder Experience using Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM systems Basic understanding of SEO Photography or basic video editing skills Experience working in real estate, homebuilding, or lifestyle brands is a plus What We Are Looking For:We are looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and excited to grow.The ideal candidate is creative but organized, independent but team oriented, and confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table while maintaining brand integrity.Compensation:Compensation is based on experience.Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities based on performance and company needs.If you are passionate about marketing, branding, and creating engaging digital content, we would love to hear from you.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours:10 - 15 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:Hybrid remote in Denver, CO 80210.
