We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Support sourcing of new products by reviewing customer feedback, returns, and competitor offerings. Drive company growth by contributing to the selection of high-quality products for distribution. Cultivate strong vendor relationships and collaborate on issue resolution. Travel to vendors to assess manufacturing processes and identify innovative products. Foster collaboration with internal teams, including Quality, Inventory Management, and Creative departments. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
