Our team is looking for a rockstar Marketing Associate to support the execution of our overall marketing strategy. This role is hands-on and fast-paced—perfect for someone organized, creative, and collaborative. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to support social media, content creation, lead generation, and digital presence. Duties / Responsibilities : Social Media Management Develop and execute social strategies to grow our presence (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) Post bi-weekly and engage with followers Monitor trends and actively participate in relevant conversations Track performance with monthly reports and content insights Content Creation & Management Support content development for social media and client activations Capture photos during mock activations; organize and share with stakeholders Maintain organized content libraries and update platforms Marketing Strategy Support Assist with creating promotional materials (sales sheets, decks, one-pagers) Coordinate vendors and suppliers for marketing materials Support website content updates and help manage marketing software Assist with coordinating events and team marketing initiatives Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): FOLLOWERSHIP BUILDER – Find our raving fans! Achieve increases in followership and overall engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) across all platforms. CONTENT MASTER - Build standards and maintain a minimum content creation every month across platforms. ON PACE - Execute on delivery standards set by the department and provide timely feedback. SYSTEMATIZE - Create systems to manage backlogs and unorganized assets to none. Submit regular reporting of posted content and impact and build action plans based on insights. Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Relevant experience preferred Highly organized with strong multitasking, written, and verbal skills Proficient in social media management, including short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent time management Physical Requirements: Ability to inspect projects hands-on, sometimes requiring lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Work Environment: Primarily office-based with some travel to other company locations or event sites.
