This is not a “sit quietly and make graphics” role. This is for someone who loves momentum. Someone who enjoys managing campaigns, coordinating moving parts, elevating a brand, and making things happen quickly and accurately. You’ll help drive marketing execution across thousands of residential units while supporting a company culture built around ownership, teamwork, speed, and hospitality. What You’ll Do Campaign Execution & Brand Marketing Launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms Ensure listings, flyers, signage, ads, and social content are accurate, polished, and on-brand Coordinate campaign rollouts with speed and attention to detail Maintain consistency across all marketing touchpoints Social Media & Engagement Create and schedule engaging social content Monitor responses, reviews, and engagement analytics Support resident engagement campaigns and property events Help grow visibility and brand presence across multiple communities Property Marketing Support Execute onboarding for new properties Set up Apartments.com listings, social pages, and marketing tools Upload and organize photos, videos, and 3D tours Keep marketing systems current and accurate Creative Content & Design Design brochures, graphics, signage, presentations, and digital assets Craft compelling messaging that aligns with our brand voice Continuously improve marketing materials based on performance data Collaborate across departments to support property-specific goals Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain lead tracking and campaign reporting Identify performance trends and highlight opportunities for improvement Support marketing analysis with accurate and organized data What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You may be a great fit if you: Naturally take ownership without needing reminders Enjoy balancing creativity with structure Communicate clearly and confidently Move quickly while maintaining accuracy Love bringing order to fast-moving environments Notice small details others miss Enjoy collaborating and supporting a team Thrive when trusted with responsibility Take pride in producing polished, professional work Desired Skills & Experience Experience in marketing, social media, branding, or content creation Strong written communication and editing skills Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Wix, Appfolio, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Sales experience is a plus, but not required Our Culture At Real Property Management Express, we move fast, support each other, and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
