CMG Worldwide is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator for our Beverly Hills office. This role will support the marketing, communications, and brand development efforts surrounding some of the most iconic personalities and intellectual properties in the world. The position is ideal for someone who understands both culture and execution, someone equally comfortable helping shape creative direction, managing campaigns, and handling the day-to-day operational details that keep a fast-moving organization running smoothly. Responsibilities Support marketing and brand development initiatives across CMG’s portfolio of clients and properties Assist with the execution of digital campaigns, partnership announcements, presentations, and promotional materials Help manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and creative asset organization Coordinate internal timelines, approvals, and cross-functional communication Conduct research on brand trends, licensing opportunities, cultural moments, and digital strategy Assist with light graphic design, presentation formatting, and content editing Pull performance metrics and help organize reporting insights across campaigns and platforms Support website, newsletter, and broader digital marketing initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred Strong interest in entertainment, branding, intellectual property, licensing, and digital culture Strong visual instincts and proficiency in Canva required (Figma experience is a plus) Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior agency, entertainment, brand, or marketing experience is preferred Bonus: familiarity with website experience design, analytics, or performance tracking tools
