Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist to lead social media, branding, and community outreach efforts. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, supporting client development, and maintaining a professional presence. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute social media strategy and content Create marketing materials (graphics, posts, basic video concepts) Coordinate and attend community events and outreach initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and videographers on content Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing standards Qualifications Bilingual in English/Spanish (required) Experience in marketing or social media (professional services experience preferred) Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools Strong communication and organizational skills Willing to attend events outside regular hours; reliable transportation required
