About the job We’re Eume, and we help companies connect with top talent through modern hiring and audience-driven recruiting. Right now, one of our clients — a luxury apparel brand — is hiring a Social Media Manager to fully own the brand’s social presence and content execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube. This is not a “strategy-only” role. The person will be hands-on every day creating content, editing videos, planning launches, jumping on trends fast, posting in real time, coordinating shoots, working with influencers, and making sure the brand stays culturally relevant online. A big part of the role is understanding what actually performs on social right now and turning that into content that feels native to each platform while still looking premium and on-brand. What the role actually looks like Running the brand’s social accounts day to day Planning and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube Editing short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts Creating quick reactive content around trends, launches, and cultural moments Writing captions, hooks, story copy, and social-first messaging Working closely with the creative, influencer, and paid teams Organizing and managing the content calendar week to week Pulling and reposting UGC that fits the brand aesthetic Monitoring comments, DMs, and community engagement Reviewing analytics constantly to understand what’s driving reach, engagement, saves, shares, and conversions Testing new formats, hooks, editing styles, and content ideas regularly What they’re looking for Someone who genuinely understands internet culture and social behavior in 2026 Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram specifically Experience editing fast-paced short-form content Good taste visually — especially within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or beauty brands Someone proactive who can move quickly without needing heavy direction Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, thumbnails, and retention Comfortable shooting content on iPhone and editing quickly Ability to balance polished brand content with content that still feels native and not overproduced Tools CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar tools Experience with AI creator/editing tools is a plus Comfortable using analytics and scheduling platforms
