Primary Skills: Marketing Operations (Expert), Data Management (Advanced), Reporting Tools (Advanced), Campaign Management (Expert), Collaboration (Expert) Collaboration(Expert), Management(Expert) Contract Type: W2 ONLY Duration: 24+ months Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Range: $40 - $45 Per hour on W2 Summary: This role is part of AMER Field Marketing Strategy & Operations, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and reporting across various field programs. It supports campaigns, events, and executive initiatives by maintaining accurate data, scalable processes, and providing clear visibility for sales and leadership. A key program within this scope is the WebexOne Executive Exchange, where the role leads operational execution, attendee management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage core Field Marketing trackers for data accuracy and usability. Partner with Strategy & Operations and Field Marketing Managers to enhance account data. Track strategic campaign codes and opportunity alignment across programs. Set up and maintain campaign infrastructure, ensuring alignment with reporting requirements. Support the end-to-end execution of flagship programs, including attendee management. Must-Have Skills: 6-8 years in marketing operations or related roles. Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy. Familiarity with marketing systems (SFDC, Power BI, Cvent, SharePoint). Industry/Education Experience: Role focused on driving operational excellence, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting marketing campaigns and executive programs.
