We're looking for the following person: · A stellar communicator. We're seeking someone who can communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams and outside vendors. Experience with business professional writing a must. · A meticulous organizer. This position will support a full suite of marketing activities. You'll coordinate with our internal team, growers, customers and outside vendors to bring projects to life in an organized fashion, delivering seamless service with accuracy and integrity. Our office is fast-paced and ever-changing, and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the marketing team across various functions. Proven administrative experience is essential. The role will require calendar management, invoicing and coding, record-keeping and communicating with stakeholders. · A go-getter. Self-fueled, driven and solutions-oriented. We're looking for a resourceful person who wants to learn, is hungry to take on more, is fueled by finding solutions and motivated to outperform the competition with impeccable service and deliverables. The role will include hands-on components like assembling pallets for shipments, coordinating fruit samples for customers, and logistics coordination across the company. Some heavy lifting may be required. · A jack-of-all-trades. We're looking for a candidate willing to immerse themselves in a wide range of diverse marketing projects, once mastering the foundational needs of the team. Bonus skills in social media management, logistics, design, inventory management, trade shows, scheduling or event coordination are a plus. There is room to grow and take on more as foundational responsibilities are mastered. · A fast learner. The candidate will be proficient with Microsoft 365, ideally strong in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and CoPilot.
