Role Description Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to join our team in Stamford, CT. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for leading and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and align with the company’s mission. Daily responsibilities include overseeing campaign development, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all marketing initiatives. The Marketing Director will play an integral role in shaping brand identity and guiding strategic decisions to support the organization’s vision and growth. Qualifications Strategic Planning and Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including campaign development, market segmentation, and customer retention plans. Analytical and Research Skills: Capability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and apply insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive project success across departments. Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and ability to ensure all marketing initiatives align with relevant guidelines.
