Job Summary The Marketing Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for driving disciplined, end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives, ensuring work moves from intake to delivery with clarity, accountability, and momentum. This role emphasizes strong project and program management as the core capability, supported by a solid working knowledge of AI automation, AI system architecture, and AI functionality embedded within critical marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified) to ensure enterprise marketing processes run reliably at scale. In this role, you will lead large‑scale, enterprise marketing projects that increasingly rely on AI‑assisted workflows, embedded AI agents, and deeply integrated tools across the marketing stack. Rather than serving as a pure builder or experimental innovator, the Marketing Enterprise Project Manager ensures initiatives are well‑planned, production‑ready, properly governed, and sustainably operated within everyday marketing systems. Success in this role means projects ship on time, dependencies are actively managed, risks are surfaced early, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI‑powered capabilities within core marketing platforms deliver measurable impact with long‑term reliability. What Your Impact Will Look Like Marketing initiatives move from intake to launch with clear ownership, realistic timelines, and disciplined execution—without losing momentum across teams. Large ‑ scale, cross ‑ functional programs (campaigns, events, operational transformations, AI initiatives) are delivered on time and with fewer last ‑ minute escalations. Dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs are identified early and communicated clearly, enabling faster decision ‑ making at the leadership level. Stakeholders across Marketing Ops, RevOps , Product Marketing, Events, and Technology stay aligned around priorities, scope, and delivery expectations. AI ‑ enabled capabilities within core marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Qualified are rolled out in a structured, enterprise ‑ ready manner. AI profiles, agents, and embedded AI functionality are consistently configured, governed, and maintained across marketing systems. AI ‑ driven workflows (e.g., routing, scoring, personalization, chat, decision support) behave predictably, responsibly, and in line with agreed standards. Platform AI changes are planned, tested, documented, and enabled—rather than introduced ad hoc or without operational readiness. Integrations, data flows, identity resolution, and scoring logic supporting AI use cases remain scalable and maintainable as complexity grows. Marketing teams trust AI ‑ powered tools because they are reliable, auditable, and clearly owned. Delivery progress, platform health, and AI impact are visible through executive ‑ ready reporting. Operational friction, recurring process gaps, and AI behavior issues are surfaced and addressed through structured project plans. Enterprise marketing operations benefit from a prioritized roadmap that balances innovation with stability. AI adoption drives measurable improvements in efficiency, throughput, and experience—not hidden risk or system brittleness. Marketing systems and processes remain sustainable over time, with clear documentation, handoffs, and ownership models. You Will Love This Job If You Have 5+ years of exper
