Marketing Head At A1Apps, we’re building and scaling a portfolio of digital products with a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and execution quality. We’re looking for a Marketing Head who can build and lead our overall marketing function — someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and help turn marketing into a major growth lever for the company. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience across growth and performance marketing, understands brand and positioning, and can build a high-accountability marketing team in a fast-moving product environment. What You’ll Do Own the overall marketing strategy across user acquisition, growth, performance, experimentation, and brand Translate company goals into clear marketing priorities, channel plans, and execution focus areas Build and scale high-performing acquisition engines across relevant channels with strong accountability for efficiency and outcomes Drive marketing experimentation across campaigns, creatives, funnels, and channel strategy Improve visibility into marketing performance through clear dashboards, reporting, and decision-making rhythms Strengthen A1Apps’ market positioning and brand perception across users and talent Work closely with product, data, design, content, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Hire, manage, and develop the marketing team while raising the bar on ownership, execution quality, and speed What We’re Looking For Strong experience leading growth and performance marketing with measurable business impact Ability to operate across both strategy and execution Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution, funnel performance, retention quality, and marketing efficiency Experience building or managing teams in a product-led, fast-moving environment Good judgment on balancing short-term growth with long-term brand quality and efficiency Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data, experimentation, and trade-offs Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills What Success Looks Like In This Role Marketing becomes a clear and scalable growth lever for A1Apps Acquisition quality and experimentation velocity improve meaningfully Channel investments become more disciplined, measurable, and ROI-driven Brand and employer perception strengthen alongside growth performance The marketing team operates with stronger clarity, accountability, and execution consistency Why this role is interesting Opportunity to shape marketing at a company level rather than just run one channel or function High ownership role with visibility across leadership and cross-functional teams Chance to build both growth systems and brand strength in parallel Meaningful scope across strategy, execution, team building, and operating discipline
