We are looking to hire a Marketing Lead on the Home Lending Retail Growth Marketing team within PNC's Marketing organization. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience developing and executing direct marketing strategies. Define campaign-level audience strategy. Build omni-channel campaign strategies across email, direct mail and digital channels (paid search, social, affiliate, .com) in collaboration with channel owners and/or agency partners. 5+ years of experience with digital funnel optimization. This person will provide marketing point of view as a stakeholder in SEO and .com strategies that support digital funnel optimization. Experience with developing consumer lending nurturing journeys. Experience in Home Lending industry preferred. Translate journey designs into activation plans that can be executed across multiple channels and platforms. Uncover actionable journey insights through structured test and learn, identifying friction points, validating assumptions, and driving continuous optimization across activation workflows. General understanding of CRM systems and call center environments are a plus. Our marketing team creates campaigns which generate leads, which are routed to sales CRM for sales engagement activities. Passion for improving customer experience. Experience navigating decision makers in a matrixed environment. Bias toward action, with ability to develop and deliver point of view, actionable recommendations and maintain forward momentum. Lead and prioritize test-and-learn initiatives aimed at improving channel performance. Partner with Marketing Analytics to define KPIs and measurement frameworks. Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives. Supports the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, development of value propositions and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies.
