Job Description
Lead Maxta's marketing strategy across US, China, and Singapore markets. You will own brand positioning, content strategy, demand generation, and partner marketing for our enterprise AI infrastructure products. What You Will Do Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for MaxtaOS, MaxModel, and MaxDeploy Manage content pipeline: blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media Plan and coordinate events (DC Summit, industry conferences, webinars) Drive demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, WeChat, and industry channels Manage the Maxta brand across maxta.com, social media, and partner channels Track marketing analytics and optimize conversion funnels Coordinate with engineering on product launches and feature announcements Requirements 5+ years in B2B technology marketing, preferably enterprise infrastructure or AI Experience with content marketing, demand generation, and event management Strong writing skills in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics) Understanding of enterprise AI/infrastructure market landscape Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics Cross-cultural communication skills (US-China-Singapore markets) Benefits Competitive salary + equity Shape the brand of a deep-tech AI company Global exposure: US, China, Singapore markets Direct report to CEO Full benefits package Position Details Department Marketing Location Silicon Valley, CA / Singapore Type Hybrid Experience Mid-Senior Salary Range $120K – $170K + Equity B2B Marketing Content Strategy Demand Generation LinkedIn WeChat Event Management Analytics Enterprise AI
