Please note this role takes place in Escondido, CA. Primary Focus: Develop and execute marketing strategies with strong time management skills and attention to detail, assist in the management of department workload, and aid in the development of team performance to drive brand growth, client retention, and new client acquisition. Analyze market trends, manage deadlines, and coordinate the execution of events and promotional activities. Effectively promote branding and company culture across digital and traditional channels of communication. Must possess the ability to bridge strategy and execution, with strong leadership skills to bring people, resources, and tasks together to ensure project pursuits, and events run smoothly, focusing on organization, communication, and logistics. Scheduling, tracking progress, and supporting pursuit teams to meet goals, with specific duties involving administration, stakeholder liaison, and problem-solving to keep department objectives on track and efficient. Emphasize generating novel solutions, exploring multiple perspectives, and thinking outside conventional boundaries. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Assist in the supervision, mentorship, and training of marketing staff. Brand & Content Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, including the Erickson-Hall website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral. Research and Analyze: Thoroughly research our target audience (internal teams, clients, and pursuit partners) and understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Strategy Development: Support the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Erickson-Hall company goals and pursuit specific objectives. Examine RFP Submission & Project Interview Criteria: Careful review of guidelines for RFP submission requirements, scope of services requested, formatting, and structural content essential to meeting proposal parameters. Key elements include ensuring all deadlines for not only RFP submission but required meetings and subsequent registration dates are met. Content Creation: Development of clear, compelling, customized proposals, and project interview presentations that effectively showcase Erickson-Hall and assigned pursuit partners/entities products, services, or project plans. This involves: Crafting Persuasive Arguments: Articulating how the proposed solution addresses the client's needs and delivers value. Providing comprehensive information required for informed decision-making. Incorporating Visuals and Data: Using graphs, charts, images, and statistics to strengthen the proposal and enhance understanding. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Erickson-Hall internal project teams, outside architects, consultants, and key subcontractors to gather accurate information and RFP response content to ensure consistency with RFP criteria. Editing and Quality Control: Review, edit, and proofread proposals and marketing collateral to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to established guidelines and brand style. Project Management: Manage multiple marketing assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and effectively delegating assignments. Monitor and track deadlines, manage workflows, ensure quality, and report on project status. Template and Content Management: Develop and maintain a library of marketing collateral, proposal templates and reusable content, ensuring consistency and efficiency. RFP Submission Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze proposal submissions and outcomes, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics. (EHCC submitted proposals as well as ones that we have passed on.) Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, funding opportunities, procurement regulations, and best practices for proposal writing and marketing collateral development. Social Media Management: Manage the execution of digital marketing, social media, content, a
