Overview A leading organization is seeking an entry‐level Marketing Manager , internally aligned to an Associate Product Manager , to support Clean Heat and Beneficial Electrification programs . This role focuses on residential offerings such as HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole‐home efficiency. The position is intentionally developmental , designed to build product, program, and marketing management skills while supporting senior leadership across the full product lifecycle. The environment is collaborative, fast‐moving, and well‐suited for candidates comfortable with ambiguity and eager to grow. Responsibilities Support clean heat and beneficial electrification product strategy under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager Translate policy and regulatory requirements into clear program rules and customer‐facing applications Write, update, and maintain program applications, marketing collateral, and customer communications Support marketing campaigns and ensure messaging clarity and consistency Partner with marketing communications teams to align materials with program goals Assist with data‐driven decision‐making using KPIs, dashboards, and system reporting Coordinate administrative and operational tasks across the product and program lifecycle Collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing, policy, regulatory, and program teams Contribute to customer and competitive research and support continuous program improvement Qualifications Required Qualifications 0–3 years of professional experience in business, marketing, product, or program support roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Basic analytical and math skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‐functional teams Comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving environment Self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with marketing campaigns or marketing communications Exposure to beneficial electrification, HVAC, insulation, air sealing, or weatherization programs Salesforce experience Business analytics or reporting experience Experience communicating technical or program information to residential customers
