Job Description
We are a nonprofit dedicated to facilitating research and driving improvements in care and outcomes for people with type 1 diabetes. Our mission is to help those with Type 1 diabetes live better, longer lives. About the role Play a critical role in building and scaling T1D Exchange's marketing infrastructure to support business development and organizational growth. This individual will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, leading efforts to optimize CRM functionality, improve lead management processes, and develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing efforts to pipeline impact to help Business Development secure custom research and real-world evidence projects, primarily with medical device and pharmaceutical companies. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and systems-oriented, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights and building processes that improve team efficiency. The Marketing Operations Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing, with a dotted-line relationship to the Business Development team to support alignment on lead management, pipeline tracking, and revenue-driving initiatives. What you'll do Build and manage CRM infrastructure, partnering with Business Development to improve lead scoring, contact management, and pipeline visibility Build and enrich company and contact profiles, identifying key target accounts and stakeholders to support outreach and engagement strategies, and contribute to targeted outbound outreach to drive initial engagement Assist with proposal development and marketing materials as needed to support business development efforts Own and optimize HubSpot as the organization's primary marketing automation and CRM platform, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and data hygiene <
