This role will manage multiple fast-paced marketing projects across business units, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The PM will lead end-to-end execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive alignment across creative, digital, and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues Lead status meetings and ensure timely communication Ensure projects meet quality, scope, and deadline expectations Required Qualifications: 2+ years of project management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative projects Bachelor’s degree in related field PMP, CSM, or similar certification Experience with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Workfront
